Following the entry below that was posted on 26th July, LCDT has now received the report for the Mossedge Playing fields site which was extremely positive! We will be meeting with officers of Renfrewshire Council on 25th November to discuss a full asset transfer or long term lease of this land in order to develop a 3G/4G football pitch with changing facilities and a community wellbeing centre for Linwood.

A huge amount of effort has been put in by a team of volunteers over the last few days to ensure that a copy of the new Linwood Community Action Plan is sent to every household in Linwood.

An event to launch the new Linwood Community Action Plan will be held on Saturday 16 February 2013 in Linwood Parish Church. Doors open from 11.30am and the event will start at 12 noon with presentations from LCDT, Oxfam Scotland and Foundation Scotland.
