The head of one of Scotlands biggest charities has hailed the work of a local community group.
Judith Robertson, head of Oxfam Scotland, has mentioned the Linwood Community Development Trust in her New Year Message.
She praised them as a terrific example to those in power about how to properly consult with local people and get them motivated to create change for the better in their communities. (read more here).
